I picked up Jeff’s book in my first year of coming out and reconciling my faith with my sexuality. Jeff takes us on a road trip across America as he explores the intersection of faith, politics, and sexuality in Christian America. There were parts were I laughed, and parts where I cried, but what I really appreciated the most is how Jeff was able to catch a wide range of stories. Instead of providing black and white answers, Jeff’s story telling sheds light on the nuance that is at play in this very divisive conversation.
